Testimonials

I attended Oxford Law School for OISC Levels 1 & 2 courses. The materials (contents, theories, concepts & practices) were very relevant and well updated with direct exposures to UKBA websites materials and relevant Immigration laws and cases. I strongly agreed that the course materials were presented in a clear manner that facilitated understanding as the lecturer was always helpful, informative and very professional.................highly recommended to all.

It was a thoroughly interesting and challenging course which has enabled me to gain new and valuable knowledge. Mr Riaz perfectly combined theory with very practical exercises. He provided guidelines on how to apply law provisions to particular cases. I would recommend this course to anyone with limited prior knowledge of this area of law.

"I attended Mr Riaz class and felt so connected and so involve in his words. The way he made me learn about the subject we were studying it was so clear and so understandable, he push me to question myself about earning immigration I have found that his studies notes are absolutely helpful to know were to start where to look and how to learn about immigration law.
Finally, eventhough English is not my first language , he made me welcome to ask any question responded to any doubt I had during the course.. I just like it

OFFICE FOR IMMIGRATION SERVICES COMMISSIONER COURSES (OISC)

The Office for Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) is the Government approved regulating body for all immigration advisers in UK who are not Solicitors or Barristers. As a result anyone who wants to become an immigration adviser needs to be registered with the OISC and pass their tests and examinations. The OISC sets guidelines against which adviser competence is assessed. However OISC does not provide any courses and Oxford Law School is one of the first institutions to provide the courses in accordance with those guidelines.

Immigration advisers are classified into three different levels with level 1 being the entry level qualification level 2 for those who have qualified at level 1 and level 3 the most advanced. No qualifications or experience is required to begin the training(read more)
